Do the work. Every day. Every when you don't want to. Especially when you don't want to.
Work smart. Outsource what you can. Only do yourself what you are GOOD at. Pay others to do what you're BAD at. A one man show will only get you so far. And you need to enjoy what you're doing.
Nothing anyone can tell you will make you rich, but doing the above will increase your odds of being successful at whatever it is you do.
And last, "very rich" is relative. You need to DEFINE what "very rich" means or you will never achieve it. Write it down and look at it every day, several times a day if you have to.
