Seattle is my birthplace, although I haven't lived there since I was a little kid; I still get up there to visit family, go camping, etc. - the Pacific Northwest is epic for outdoors adventures. Seattle itself has a cool vibe, similar to San Francisco, and also with a very active local arts scene. If it wasn't for the rain, I might consider living back there (hard to beat California for weather).
