The worse part is, the family who filmed one of he shootings could see the shooter about to ambush them, but had no way to warn the officers.

Conspiracy theory that had me go, hmm?? I was snooping the nut-job's FB and saw a few friends that all looked the same, like the shooter. Soon later, only one left that I recollect. Then I seen that pic posted in the chat... things that make you go hmm
