I'm a pretty flexible seller when it comes to leasing, financing, business partnerships, or mixed cash / trade deals. So if your potential buyer wants to talk things over, I'll be around.

Generally, I look for average market value -- as opposed to top dollar. No hurry to sell quickly on my end. But if your guy is already in this space, then any months he's not using this domain is kind of a waste for both him and me. There's usually a way to get the ball rolling.
