After WDF's research I felt like doing some of my own, I proceeded to start a support chat with a CloudLIX staff member and I am sure this chatlog and screenshots will say all.

As you can see CloudLIX is allowing not just warez linking forums but Nulled/Pirated scripts also, More is likely to surface over time.
