Over the last couple years I've periodically received email from Tumblr saying that William Wesson (Southern Charms) had filled copyright infringement against me for blogging or reblogging photos from various amateur Southern Charms models. I never thought much of it because these girls have always sent me their content to promote though I never actually responded to any of these copyright emails. This morning I get a similar email from tumblr only this time it also says "this is the final warning before Tumblr account termination" !!! WTF? I would say that I received about 10 copyright infringement notices over 2+ years and all of them from William Wesson. Unreal.
For those of you unfamiliar with Southern Charms it is an amateur network where women can get their own generic looking paysite and in turn they populate the site with regular updates. Many of these woman are bbw, chubby or fat which has been a niche that I have good command over so I constantly get email from these Southern Charms girls wanting me to promote them on my blogs, twitter, tumblr etc.
As for my Tumblr account it has organically grown to 20,000+ loyal followers. Most every photo that I post gets 80-100+ reblogs. The blog has a PR2 and I hope not to loose it. FUCK
Mr. Wesson if you are reading lets come to terms on this when your plane or chopper lands. I've got no problem with you and you know I've sent your sites decent traffic over the years. I just can't see it as copyright infringement when these girls gave me their content to promote on my blogs!!?? Commmmonn man!
