Affiliate Sales / Business Development
What you do: (Specific job requirements and responsibilities)
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the goal of driving new sales and revenue
Seek out strategic partnerships that are mutually beneficial and in line with company goals
Affiliate Sales & Management:
Research and acquire new affiliates for all SK Intertainment products
Coordinate and distribute new promotional materials regularly
Optimize accounts of exiting affiliates to maximize earning potential
Vet and approve new affiliates and monitor accounts for fraud
Media Buying:
Identify and engage new traffic sources for all SK Intertainment products
Purchase ads directly and through networks within profitable CPA targets
Ad Serving:
Conceive of and test new marketing campaigns (pricing, images, text etc.)
Manage hosted affiliate ads and media buys, optimizing CTRs and conversions
Set up ad campaigns, campaign ids and tracking links in an organized fashion
Work directly with ad sales team, fulfilling, optimizing and reporting on all media buys on SK sites
Manage all outbound affiliate offers: Optimize various offers, including landing pages and creatives to maximize revenue from "house" ad inventory

Experience:
Traffic Acquisition/Media Buying ? CPM, CPC, CPL
Ad Optimization and Campaign Management
Ad Serving Technology ? OpenX, DFP or similar
Web Analytics, specifically Google Analytics
Position Overview:
Full-time, flexible hours, 40 per week
Attend daily standup meetings
Attend adult and mainstream trade shows as needed
