I'm not quoting Rachel Maddow. I posted a picture of her laughing, as if she was laughing at Vendzilla.

Neither do I. Vendzilla said he was "Declared a deserter" but couldn't prove it. I showed him a link that says he was never "declared a deserter".

I wouldn't blame him either. I consider myself extremely lucky that I've never had to fight in any war, shoot a gun, or even be in a bar brawl (I'm a pussy). I can't imagine the hell that soldiers go through. My dad was in WWII and according to my mom had some serious issues he had to cope with.

Not exactly reporting the news. And not exactly being a watchdog on the govt. (which is the job of the free press).

MSNBC is a left-leaning channel the way Fox is right-leaning (some would call super-right leaning). It's no surprise that most of the reports are about what the republicans are doing.

She doesn't do it. When she reports, she backs it up with alot of proof. I don't think I've ever seen her laugh at anyone, but she does enjoy what she does.
I watch Ed Shultz too but to me he's just the opposite of Rachael. He is too passionate / aggressive / something / something in the way that he talks. It can be entertaining sometimes but every once in a while, he makes me question what he's saying. Its rare, but still.
