I've been writing to them for over a month. It's quite awhile I keep trying to change the beneficiary and telling them I don't have access to the original email and finally, I got through to Rommel but alas, still not changed. Emailed two of the 'support' folks yesterday and one of the emails bounced.

I'd love to have my cheques replaced. Seeing that I received one yesterday, I'm hoping they are still 'good' and I'll get an email or pm back.

Will keep an eye out on this thread. (and keeping fingers crossed too!)
