I used HostedTube for 2 or 3 domains way back when it first came out but it just wasn't worth it to me...earnings were very minimal and conversion was not good so I spent a few minutes and put up some quick blogs with just 5 posts each on them and I made way more by selling mobile redirects and signups from all the incoming SE traffic to those few posts.
