If possible, find server location as they'll respond faster if you direct your reply to the right one:
- France
- USA
- Canada
- UK
- Other

Also, write your abuse in french (95% of their support is french) and it'll really speed up the process.

Ensure you are the rightful owner of the content and be ready to detail it otherwise you won't get a response as they don't have to comply to DMCA fully depending on the country and you might be dismissed if you're not.
