Seems this is something Pakistan did on it's own? Interesting....
Pakistan is fucked. It tried to please everyone, and gave these idiots a lot of free room to operate in areas where the Pakistani government wasn't fully in control. The end result is they have terrorists wondering around with too many weapons and nothing to do.
