Almost every big one has closed signup page and removed any contact info, the ones with open forms are too small or have no traffic and once you find someone replying on ICQ you get Russian messages and the conversation ends once you reply in English!

A few networks owning 90% of the traffic, hiding their contact info and ignoring any email.
(AlexZ-traffic, Perlover-traffic and the others...)

Does anybody know any forum where I can find them talking?!
