This concept is from nothing more than a husband and wife team that, while good intentioned, have not thought this through at all. Cliff notes: glass tiles wont work and the cost to implement this would bankrupt the entire country.

If they're smart they would ditch the idea of paving the entire country's roadways and would market it to the green crowd to use around their houses and in their laneways / parking lots.
