I reduced the size of the image to increase the quality.
Removed the banner and added tags in the footer. Similar to the site that you suggested.
For now all (few) following only the main ones.

The white background is required?? These sites are all white, I made gray to differentiate a little.
I also gave a look at the video. Are the usual things you find in all the guides, videos, tutorials google.
Several times in the past on other sites I have carefully followed to the letter all the directives google and never led to anything. Many of the reasons why you get penalized contradict the guides that they have created.
In this particular case, I can not create the images and I have to entrust to feed suppliers.
