I wanna convert into a mini-itx form factor with just motherboard and case purchase.

I have an Intel i5-2500 CPU and an nVidia 750 Ti GPU with 2x SSD's.
So a 300W gold level PSU should be fine.

Any recommendations what mini-itx motherboard with gigabit ethernet, usb 3.0, pcie 3.0 with support for an LGA1155 CPU?

Also, what mini-itx case <$100 should I look at?
