What 'other level' has Obama taken it to? The power of EO's are written in the Constitution. If an executive order was found to exceed the powers of the executive branch as defined by the Constitution, Congress has the right to challenge and overturn the order by a 2/3 majority vote. This is EXACTLY how its supposed to work. Yet instead of doing that, they want to stroke the tea party to make it appear Obama is doing something illegal, they are betting the average FOX watcher is clueless about the Constitution and how EO's work, and they are right.
If the President was doing illegal and unconstitutional things, then impeach him. But they can't impeach because there is no impeachable offense. This is just more bullshit grandstanding at taxpayers expense, like trying 50 different times to get rid of the ACA, or having Darrell Issa spend billions on idiotic witch hunts that lead to nowhere.

No, they don't. And neither have Obama's. You are just typing without thinking. Most "Executive Orders" are for little things. That's the whole idea behind them.
As for your statement that the EVIL Bush made executive orders to skirt the Geneva Convention...name it.
And then also explain to me how the Geneva Convention has anything to do with our constitution and form of govt.
The vast majority of Executive Orders are always dumb "proclamations" and such. They aren't meant to be anything.
What Pres. Obama has done during his administration is make a few that actually DID bypass the other two branches of govt.
Did Bush ever do that? Yep.
So if you're happy that Obama did the SAME EXACT THING as Bush...good for you.
But unfortunately for me, I am a sucker who actually fell for Obama's fucking lies in 2008 when he presented himself as being different. I'm not going to be an "obama-apologist" and say "Oh Bush did it too!"
This is a dumb conversation. Either Pres. Obama is a better man than Bush or he is not. I see NO evidence that he is any better at all.
