If you want customer service at the level that Password Sentry offers it, you will have to pay for it. But it is money very well spent.
Strongbox is a very tragic case, indeed. Certainly the best site protection package out there, but the customer service is the worst. I abandoned all the products and services I used to have with them only with great sadness and some trepidation, but there are definitely alternatives.
Password Sentry does the job very well for me and I am assured if there is an emergency, they will be there to help. Good luck!
