Bullshit. Congress needs to do it's job.
And this is the problem with the Republican party. All they are trying to do is make Obama look bad. Fine, great, wonderful - instead of doing their jobs we'll just remove everyone appointed, and the only people that suffer is the American people who have huge government agencies with no one at the helm. In the end, Obama will still be President. The Republicans accomplished NOTHING other than hurting the American public. Again.
Just like with Obamacare - hundreds of lawsuits, and Obamacare is still a law and Obama is still President.

What I think these last 5 1/2 years have done is create a blueprint for how to obstruct the process. The republicans tried to filibuster all of his appointments so the democrats enacted the nuclear option to get around that. This will likely come back to haunt them if they aren't in power. The republicans then took away the recess nomination. You know we will see this again.
There have been many who say that Obama needs to work with the republicans. I have said it before and believe that they have no interest in being worked with. The road map of obstruction they have laid out the the steps the democrats to have taken to overcome it will likely cause a gridlock on future congresses for the foreseeable future no matter who is in the white house.
