Meantime they are selling this crap for $100.00 a case HAHA, good luck ...

Aside: I had real food for lunch
BLT made with:
Turkey bacon
(3 slices 75 calories 12% daily cholesterol).
2 slices of 15 Grain Brownberry whole wheat toast
(200 calories 0% daily cholesterol 0 grams Sugars Dietary Fiber 8 grams or 32% of the daily recommendation.
(Fiber that increases you HDL "good" cholesterol levels as compared to LDL -- "bad" cholesterol that clots your arteries, HDL Cholesterol actually reverses the plaque deposits caused by LDL cholesterol.)
And I cheated with 2 tsp of real Mayo,
some lettuce and tomato.

So, 500 +- Calories (more than normal but I will work on the lawn and gardens here later this afternoon -- not sit and work at my desk all day) 14% of the daily cholesterol limit, A BLT that still tastes good in my mouth 15 minutes later instead of consuming some chemical slop ... Fuck evolution -- they sell that soya chemical slop and the customer gives up in 2 weeks after losing 10 pounds, then goes back to eating jelly doughnuts made with lards
