I have to see this in the bigger picture: What sort of person works where contraception is an unwelcome intrusion into their personal life?
How narrow the ruling is will be the future issue -- the ruling in itself is not so important.
So far, the Robert's Court is a dismal failure like guess who?
Citizens United and now this -- SCOTUS has become more politically motivated and has recognized the rights of corporate entity far beyond narrow legal intent.
Allowing corporations, persons acting as legal entities, both personal and corporate political rights is a slippery slope. One man one vote is an American principle ... Why should groups of shareholders be allowed a second vote in what is essentially a personal voice?
