We've spoken the the investigator (Wayne) that came to our address, when he was asked to wait in a meeting room while one of the receptionists came to get me he lost his bottle and left. He also told you he didn't want any further involvement with you. After which you tried to scam him out of payment.

You won't see pictures of our staff because (1) you'll attempt to stalk and hound them like you did to me (2) I'm the front of this operation, you can take pot shots at me all you like, photograph my home, my car, the entrance to our building or whatever else you want to but I'm not letting you do that to people doing their jobs.

We don't cut these "businesses" off from their payment processing, the payment processors do that once they see what's really going on. You're attempting to deflect the blame from where it really lies - with the pirates and those who run piracy websites.
If these "businesses" were acting legally, in compliance with the terms and conditions of their processing then nothing would happen to them. They would be fine, nobody would hassle them and business would go on as usual.
