When I was doing paysites I'd have been quite happy to have them manually blocked by all the ISP's with an opt in for surfers but only if fucking ATVOD didn't exist. Atvod like to use the analogy that offline world = online world so paysite owners shouldn't allow under 18's in their shop but the filters are like not even allowing under 18's out of the house without an adult so in Atvods world any kids walking past my "porn shop" are now accompanied by an adult so there is no real need for ATVOD.
