I see plenty of 'skinny' guys eating bullshit but in moderation (meaning keeping calories down), but their body fat %'s are through the roof and none of them are healthy so it ALWAYS matters what you eat. you want to be a fat bag of skin who happens to be lighter go for it...
I'm in no way anti fast food, I'll eat it myself but doing that regularly takes its toll and should never be a surprise.

Ya I know what you are saying but I was just trying to say that calories in vs out is not really that accurate. Specially as I said if you are eating a ton of sugar and carbs.
