This is why Weight Watchers sucks. They have no differentiation in carbs between sugars and other carbs, because they don't want you hating sugar. They do this because all of the food they sell has sugar in it to make it taste better.
It's all about numbers for them, with no focus on building muscle -- which is the best way to lose body fat. The fittest chicks at my gym spend time in the "guy section" lifting weights.
