Much like any other coin - the issue there is that in adult, only a small % of sites accepts bitcoin, and already with litecoin you hardly find any adult site to buy from. No one said it is banking lots of sales with bitcoin so why anyone should care to add not just bitcoin or bitcoin + litecoin but even a 50th place alt currency, which it takes time and money to setup?
For this reason, I think the best it is those altcoins like wankcoin are supported by common processors, that adult sites use already. We got Verotel supporting btc, let Verotel add wankcoin, automatically all Verotel sites support wankcoin too, with no effort.
There may be special unique deals like wankcoin with porn com network, to buzz in the press for a while, but for volume to happen and anyone to take this seriously, there is need of support by processors really, more than hoping sites will implement it by hand one by one.
