let me word it differently:
you might find cheap talent in both countries and i can't say much about Bulgaria (besides shooting porn being illegal), but both countries have no "porn" infrastructure.
Romania is THE webcam country, the good romanian porn girls you can mostly book through hungarian agencies
i guess it depends on how you run your business: if you're happy to book a 3 week trip once a year - and with enough time ahead - you might be able to accomplish something
for someone like us - shooting from Monday to Friday - it is impossible to work in those countries with no agencies that organize a steady flow of models.
and considering our clients and what they pay, it also doesn't matter if a girl costs me 100 euro more or less a day, it's much more important she shows up on time.
so if you work by yourself, don't mind spending the time for organizing and saving 100 Euro per girl is crucial to you: go for it
