If they are new, they will be shy to undress in front of a stranger... with a camera... for photos on the Interwebz.... you don't want to push them into it obviously but making them feel comfortable is one of the requirements for sure.
But yes I know what you mean - you too will feel nervous. When I first started I used to sweat buckets because I was so scared they wouldn't see me as a professional. The sweating of course only made me sweat more...
Eventually though you get used to it and it won't be long at all until it becomes very fun for you.
