I was at the doctor yesterday. Regular checkup stuff.
While I was there, they tried to give me:
Flu shot
Pneumonia shot
Tetanus shot
Shingles shot
After I declined all of those, they asked if there were any shots I would like to get.
After telling them again, "No shots." they went straight into trying to prescribe me something. I'm not on any medications, and have no desire to be. My blood pressure is awesome, so they couldn't give me those... they asked if I was depressed, or anxious,.... nope. I mentioned that I sometimes get heartburn from drinking too much coffee, and they wanted to give me long-term acid reflux pills. I declined. Then out of the blue, they tried to give me thyroid pills. No. Then when there was nothing left, they wanted to prescribe some anti-smoking stuff. Again... no. I left with a clean bill of health, no shot, and no pills.

This is modern "medicine" today. Doctors are salesmen, and you are the mark.
You don't need this bullshit in your body. Eat right, take care of yourself, and live your life without doctors.

When he said he hadn't seen me in about 4 years, he asked "Who has been taking care of you?" I said.... Me.
