OK you do both realize that ICQ is not 100% perfect right?
That sometimes it loses messages along the way?
Perhaps it's neither of your faults that messages didn't get through to each other.
ICQ is great for conversation... not for business. It can lead to these kinds of problems. Learn to deal with that... or find some other way to do business.
