TORONTO – Two more of Canada’s first responders killed themselves this week, bringing the total number of suicides by Canadian paramedics, firefighters, police officers, dispatchers and prison staff to 13 in roughly ten weeks.

PTSD is real, I am surprised Canada hasn't learned from watching their neighbors to the south.
I would say that some push and pull is required. Push: "Stop whining, life is hard." Pull: "We will help you if you have problem."

It has been proven that sometimes too much therapy is offered and often forcefully. People react with different ways to distress, some want just to forget about it and continue their lives, and to them stuffing that therapy is just harmful. At the same time therapy should be offered to those who really want and need it.
