Another bit of philosophy... something I was thinking over a year ago. Apart from all the other changes in this biz, there will be shift to use non-US processors - mainly those in Europe and what you describe as "offshore" processors.
Sure, that processor in Estonia may have gone, but I can see some in the more "civilized" world going as well in the not too distant future. Tis a tough game in processing!
Sponsors and offshore... well, unless anyone comes up with a clue to the contrary, I'd hedge my bets on running a clean cut offshore operation any day.
