Well, it's definitely correctable, it's called "de-roofing" the cardiac muscle (cutting away the portion of my heart that sits on top of my arteries) ... however, since the damage is already done, the operation wouldn't provide much benefit.
Basically, it just hurts constantly when my heart beats, but combined with my multiple sclerosis (MS), constant pain is nothing new ... so I just deal with it.
