I haven't but a friend of mine did while she was at work. She is in her late 30's and was just standing at a counter at work when suddenly she felt very weak then she said she felt like someone punch her in the ribs next to her heart. She collapsed onto the floor, but never lost consciousness. She had trouble catching her breath and said she felt a lot of pressure in her chest. They called the paramedics and they took her to the hospital.
At the hospital they ended up determining that it was a mild heart attack and they put a stent in the main artery leading into her heart. She is overweight so they told her to eat a healthy diet and lose weight or she will likely have another heart attack.
She changed her eating habits for about 3-4 months then went right back to how she was eating before so I have a bad feeling another is on the horizon.
