NOTHING is 100% effective short of abstinance or hysterectomy. Even tubal ligations and vasectomy's don't ALWAYS work.
Food for thought: I got pregnant while using both the pill AND the shot at the SAME TIME.
BE CAREFUL! If you're having sex, I hope you're willing to accept the responsibility of a baby should the worst happen.
