Jim fix didn't mention the part where you should keep track of your blood pressure. Running doesn't cause heart attacks, being fat and neglectful of your health causes them.

being in pain all the time is stressful, stress has absolutely been proven to raise your risks, ibuprofen has not. Should you take it every day? No.
