I don't post a lot here any more, but I would like to share something with all of you.

I am not here to preach to anyone, but I'm going to give you some insight into the evolution of man.

I have lived a very disciplined lifestyle as far as food goes. I live by the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time I eat as my body was designed to eat, which is vegetables, protein from animals, and water. I exercise regularly.

I have partied my ass off, for about ten years actually. I quit all that in 2006. While I was partying, I ate very clean, as our caveman predecessors did. I did a cleanse to keep toxins out of my body every six months, religiously, for ten days every six months.

I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, I am in the top 5% of people who are on (for decades now), what people are referring to "those trendy fad diets". I don't do gluten or processed food 80% of my food intake. I don't do dairy 80% of my food intake. I live a Paleo diet 80% of my food intake.

I believe in having a cheat day every few weeks, or on special occasions, and I will destroy some pizza slices from a good pizza place. Don't deny yourself the gift of delicious food; besides you don't want your body to reject things when you are in a situation where you can't eat 100% clean all the time.

I am 44 years old, and I am checked regularly by a few different types of doctors. I've had one issue in my entire life, besides the common cold. I recently figured out through a battery of tests that I had Adrenal Fatigue, and my Cortisol levels were through the roof, causing me a very high level or anxiety, and the whole "doom and gloom" about life, when everything has been, and is awesome for me in my life. Making lots of money, everyone's healthy, no financial burdens to speak of, etc.

I had a series of tests done to test for food sensitivities. They are not the same as allergies.

As it would be, I am sensitive to several food items, and those items, gluten being one of them, were for lack of more medical terminology, "fucking my brain up in a big way". When I eat the items that I am sensitive too, I am not myself to say the least.

So, where the fuck am I going with all of this?

When man first started walking the earth, he ate things very clean and proper for the human life form created from and in whatever fashion you believe man happened on the earth.

Over time, man became exposed to many other food additives and genetic modifications, driven by profits of household name companies that have spent billions of dollars on marketing and advertising to establish trust in the American consumer. Nearly 95% of all food consumed by the "normal" American culture in 2014 is processed or genetically modified. This processing of food began some 40 years ago, and now nearly everything you put in your mouth is full of synthesized chemicals and genetically modified, all in the name of profits.

If you "are what you eat", and that statement is true; (you wouldn't put water from a lake in your car and expect it to combust would you), then what you put in your mouth directly affects your organs, and chemical composition of your body.

The medical community right now is in aghast about all the new conditions that humans are coming down with. Our food source in this country is to blame, and profits of big corporations are driving that. There is no conspiracy there, it is a fact. The don't even try to hide it.

I would encourage people to pay more attention to what you put in your pie holes, because the food is going to get much worse, and with that will come sicker people, and more money for big medical and food providers at the expense of the citizens of the USA. Many countries will not even allow importation of food from the United States due to it's modification and contents. We are not designed to consume the level of modifications and processing that our food supply has reached over the last 5 years. It's getting really bad. The FDA is not your friend.

You have been trained to trust what you eat.

It is true that some people are predisposed to genetic conditions. It is also true that lack of exercise, combined with many hours of sedentary activity and a horrible diet will create health problems. We inflict much our our condition on our selves, but there are things you can control; and that's putting clean fuel into your machine. Food that isn't processed or modified to boost the profits of giant corporations who believe that "there is no money in the cure"; all of the money is in treating people who get sick. Billions of dollars in profits from food that is very cheap to make and sold at profit margins in the 100's of percentages of profit over cost to manufacture. The medical industry is a whole other story. They are tightly grouped with insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies who all rely on people getting sick and being treated for long periods of time.

Think about that for a minute.

Have luck all.

If you want to change the way you feel and reduce the risk of the really scary health crisis' that people are most afraid of, you have to start with eating. Then work on exercise. It all falls into place.

If what I have written here helps one person, it was worth the time to write it.
