Running & Heart Attacks
I didn't want to imply Fix died from running. I just meant he lived healthy, yet still had a heart attack.
If anything in your family there's a good chance of dying from that. My step-father and all his brothers died of aneurisms. Hit them so fast they died in seconds.
Ibuprofen and Tylenol are both bad for you. But sometimes you have to take them. I've been on arthritis meds for so long it has eaten a hole in my stomach. I have to take Misoprostol daily. Only thing between me and 24x7 diarrhea. Misoprostol is super expensive as it's an abortion drug. Right to Lifers make sure it costs.
