1. Ban anyone asking for someone else to be banned in public (it needs to be private)

2. Ban anyone making any racist comment whatsoever. Even racist jokes or insinuations. This isn't stormfront.

3. Warn/ban anyone starting more than three non-industry related topics a day or more than ten such topics in a week.

4. Make the prefixes mandatory and allow only reading certain prefixes, ordering by prefix, etc.

5. Close down personal attack threads on sight. (not to include business related criticisms)
