Here are my suggestions:
1 - A buy/sell rep score for successful transactions (helps weed out some scammers)
2 - Become a relevant industry board by posting relevant information/tutorials/videos. 99% of the topics are hate/fluff threads and most biz threads get flooded with trolls. Moderate the bizz threads to encourage people to come back and share their knowledge.
3 - Anyone who has been a member for more than X months must post a link to a property they own to prove they are actually in the business.
