How come saturated fats are mandatory and essential for good health? Some short answer besides the video would be great.
And anyways, much of the fat saturation happens when food is processed. Somehow I don't see this as a essential thing for your health. Your own body produces the essential amount of cholesterol.

Eating much of that saturated fat just leaves your own body's synthesis to shut down more or less, untill your cholesterol levels starts to rise if you eat enough that saturated fat.
