The roll out was disappointing. However, the comment about "the President should have been checking up on this on a weekly basis" is kind of silly. He most likely was. But the roll out of the exchange was one small aspect of a huge law. Perhaps all of this could have been avoided if Congress was doing it's job instead of filing lawsuits.
