I have a PAXUM account, but I do not have a PAXUM card. I'm reading the TOS that I am not eligible to get the free card. I would use PAXUM more if I had a card. I luv my Payoneer card - since 2009.
PAXUM was a pain to use a couple of years ago, but RUTH fixed all the problems! The last obstacle between me, and my using PAXUM more, is the card fee.
