You can't talk anything sexual in orientation to any girl under the age of 18 in the US. Its a fucked up shade of gray that keeps sexual predators at bay.
If a father of an underage girl catches that, you could also get shot as well as prosecuted for CP.
Just better off playing it safe and not getting arrested.
Even if your a legit, pornographer, they will jail you 1st and let the judge sort it out later. You want that risk? You want to pay for the bail on that? You want to get an attorney for that? Have at it.
