Lawmen blaiming is not the same thing as sentence. And if your system is so fucked up that talking to some 17 year old girl (in this case) would lead to jail time, maybe you should vote some other party than either one from the two.

If you are a pornographer, with provable porn credits and you live in the US, you would be a complete idiot talking anything adult with a minor.
I have a daughter who is 6 years old. I came to one absolute decision: My daughter and son will never have sleep overs and they will never sleep over at anyones house.
Why? Because the 2nd it comes out that I shoot Porn, I don't need some fabricated story getting me put in jail. Paranoid?? Maybe. But parents with nothing to do, will find shit to do. A little girl who is in high school who dislikes my daughter finds out what i do, can lay out claims, etc. Better safe than sorry.
You need to understand when you shoot porn and you have any negative interaction with a minor, you get put in jail 1st, judge sorts it out later.
I had a friend get put in jail because a woman he was friends with only, had a jealous Ex who had his 8 year old daughter make shit up to get him put in jail.
50K later and attorneys fees later it came out that the little girl and her father fabricated the story. My friend did not get his money back.
Cops searched, my friends, cell phones, PCs, checked his phone records, even confiscated his parents and sisters computers to look for evidence. Nothing found to support the allegations made. It sucked!
Yes the law is on your side. And my buddy was considered "innocent" until proven guilty, but he still paid 50K that he will never get back.
Yes you can try and vote anyone out you think is bad, but when it comes to anything CP, everyone is gonna have the same "Hang them all by the neck' Attitude.
So knowing all of the above you can be "Legally correct" talking to a 17 year old, but if it comes to light with parents and the police, I promise you, that you will get your "Innocent until proven guilty ass" put in jail until a judge sees you.
Your choices while in jail: Stay until you can be seen by the judge, which is a week or two. Where you will absolutely get beaten daily by everyone in jail. The good thing is if your story is good and clean, you you may get released on 1st apperence save some money on bail.
Or get out ASAP by putting up a million dollar property and paying 5% of a 500K bond. You do not get that 5% back and you can tell everyone on GFY, you were legally right.
Or you can be smart like the majority of the regular professional adult shooters and avoid any conversation with any minor about shooting porn when he or she turns 18.
