Hmmmm....FM processes with Jettis.....Fm said yesterday that CE processes offshore so the 1% rule doesn't apply to them.
I'm guessing Jettis is settling offshore and under the guidelines of VISA international and not VISA USA, so their clients only have to be under 2.5%??
