Growing up a friend of mine's parents owned a bar in the town we lived in. At one point the city decided there were too many fights at the bar (there had been 4 fights that year which was no more than any other bar in town, but someone of power didn't like my friend's mom). They revoked the liquor license. Three lawsuits and four years later they still couldn't get it back.
They ended up having to sell the place. The new owners were immediately issued the license.
Good luck, but when they decide they don't want you to have the license it is not easy to get one. Add in your history of having models getting arrested for getting naked in bars and in public and they are going to have plenty of ammo to fight you with.
There is a reason clubs and bars are one of the worst investments you can make.
