Oh wait... We do already. They take every opportunity to dismiss mass copyright litigation filed on the behalf of studios whenever they can.
Well I guess we will see if they buy the First Amendment argument. Good luck. A lot of people are going to be watching this litigation closely. It might even have some application to the condom law issue... tenuous but maybe.

Thanks we have been working on this for almost a year to make sure everything is as perfect as it can be. We made sure we have solid proof of everything. See they are so cocky they did and said this stuff while be recorded in public hearings, in emails they were dumb enough to send me and the chairman of the liquor commission admitted to a state senator who is on my side that what they were doing probably was illegal and if I wanted to sue I could. Well that's what I am doing now...
