The problems really are:
1) Free CrossBills
2) Free Crossbills already checked off
3) Automatic Crossbilling without ability to not be crossbilled (A lot of AVSes do this)
4) Rebill info in small print below the submit button.
Get rid of those, and free trials would still be at all processors. Let the surfer know they will be rebilled at the top of the screen. Don't put it below the submit button.
