Just wanted to chime in and say that Nancy is easily one of the best people I have ever dealt with online over the past 18 years and certainly made the transition from Penthouse NATS more pleasant than I expected -- and this was before she was even in affiliate relations, but on the tech side.
And I just had the good fortune to deal with Courtney today for a quick request and was equally impressed with the level of attention and courtesy received.
Some programs out there could take a lesson.
